George Harvey, a legendary angler known for his expertise in dry fly fishing and his contributions to the sport, developed a leader system proven to be effective and increase your success while on the water. The leaders are designed to land on the water in “S” curves. Without some slack and curves in your line when your fly hits the water, it immediately drags. This unnatural presentation raises suspicion in the fish you’re targeting. The curves this leader design provides allows the fly to naturally drift with the current before it runs out of line and starts to drag.
